Worthington refillable refrigerant cylinders are available in
a full range of sizes from 30 lb.(13.6 kg) to 1000 lb. (454 kg)
and up to 400 psig 27.6 bar service pressure for commercial, industrial,
residential and automotive applications.

certified facilities to meet ARI, DOT and TC requirements. We
utilize efficient, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to
produce high quality cylinders with superior performance life. Our
protective Durabond 2000 powder coat exterior finish is the best
in the industry. Each cylinder is shipped with a holding
charge to ensure a clean, dry interior condition. The 30
lb. (13.6 kg) cylinder is available in two collar/footring designs
for cylinder stacking: a standard heavy-duty rolled design or an
optional lighter-duty design.

Our 1000 lb. (454 kg) refillable cylinder is the most economical
and transportable bulk container in the world. It includes
4-way pallet entry forklift rails, sturdy lifting lugs, and a stable
stand base for faster, easier handling than expensive unwieldy
2000 lb. (908 kg) cylinders.
Refrigerant Recovery Cylinders
Our Recovery Cylinders Are Forever
There is no limit to the number
of times Worthington recovery cylinders can be recertified or the
number of years they can be used. ARI guidelines require that
all refrigerant recovery cylinders must be recertified by hydrostatic
testing a minimum of once every five years. Retesting by visual
inspection alone is not permitted. Worthington cylinders meet ARI
guidelines and government specifications for CFC, HCFC and HFC recovered
refrigerants. The cylinders meet DOT or TC specifications as
requested. An optional liquid-level switch is available. High-gloss,
powder-coat Durabond 2000 exterior finish provides superior protection
against rust and corrosion. Cylinder interiors are clean and
dry.
